just finished TRX force tactical training phase one, after a month of doing TRX stuff that was mostly light exercises for me I can tell my t-shirts are more tight on me in shoulders, arms and chest. today I also noticed my love handles are suddenly gone(I don’t think I can still joke about posting pictures of my naked butt on the internet).
